Total Wireless Disney+ Terms & Conditions

You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, D.C or Puerto Rico and 18 years of age or older to be eligible to subscribe to Disney+ or redeem any Disney+ promotion through Total Wireless.

If you are an active subscriber to a Total 5G Unlimited plan (the “Eligible Disney+ On Us, First 6 Months Plan”), you are eligible for Total Wireless to cover the cost of your Disney+ Premium subscription (“Disney+ On Us, First 6 Months”) for up to six (6) months (the “Disney+ Promotional Period”). You must remain on an Eligible Disney+ On Us, First 6 Months Plan during the Disney+ Promotional Period to be eligible; if you are no longer on an Eligible Disney+ On Us, First 6 Months Plan during the promotional period, your Disney+ On Us, First 6 Months subscription will end on your Total Wireless service end date, and any remaining time in your Disney+ Promotional Period will be lost. After your Disney+ On Us, First 6 Months ends, you will no longer have a Disney+ subscription through Total Wireless unless you choose to continue paying for a subscription through Total Wireless at the then-current monthly price.

If you are an active subscriber to a Total Wireless 5G+ Unlimited plan (the “Eligible Disney+ On Us Plan”), you are eligible to receive access to Disney+ Premium for as long as you remain on the Eligible Disney+ On Us Plan (“Disney+ On Us”). If you cancel the Eligible Disney+ On Us Plan or switch to a non-qualifying plan, your Disney+ On Us promotional subscription will end on your Total Wireless service end date. You must remain on the Eligible Disney+ On Us Plan to retain the Disney+ On Us offer. Accounts with multiple lines require at least one qualifying Eligible Disney+ On Us Plan to qualify.

One Disney+ subscription may be redeemed per eligible Total Wireless account. Total Wireless reserves the right to modify, change or discontinue the Disney+ On Us, First 6 Months and Disney+ On Us promotional offers (including, but not limited to, by adding or removing Total Wireless plans, or changing Total Wireless plans and plan pricing) at its sole discretion at any time, with or without notice.

To enjoy the full benefit of your promotional subscription, please activate your promotional subscription immediately after your Total Wireless service plan redemption by following the activation steps to create or confirm your Disney+ account.

You can also purchase a monthly Disney+ Basic (With Ads) or Disney+ Premium subscription through Total Wireless. You must have an active Total Wireless account in good standing to sign up for a Disney+ subscription through Total Wireless. The Disney+ subscription auto-renews monthly at then-current monthly price plus tax (currently $11.99 + tax/month for Disney+ Basic, or $18.99 + tax/month for Disney+ Premium; which are subject to change), and Total Wireless will charge you monthly on your Total Wireless account until you cancel. To enjoy the full benefit of your subscription, activate your subscription immediately after subscribing through Total Wireless by following the activation steps to create or confirm your Disney+ account.

If you have an existing subscription to Disney+ through Disney and you use the same email to subscribe to or redeem an offer through Total Wireless, your existing subscription will be paused during your subscription through Total Wireless and will resume through Disney when your subscription through Total Wireless ends. Any existing Disney+ subscription through a third party like Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku will not automatically replace that subscription and must be managed separately. After you enroll and complete the Disney+ account setup, you will be sent an email with information about how to manage your existing subscription. You will continue to be billed for any existing subscription to Disney+ through a third party until you follow the instructions in the email.

If you are billed for a Disney+ standalone subscription through Hulu, your Disney+ subscription through Total Wireless will not automatically replace that subscription. If you have an existing Disney Bundle subscription through Hulu and you use the same email to subscribe or redeem an offer through Total Wireless, after you enroll through Total Wireless and complete account setup of Disney+, your Hulu account will show a monthly credit in an amount equal to the then-current retail price of your Disney+ monthly subscription through Total Wireless on your billing statement, for as long as you maintain an eligible subscription to Disney+ through Total Wireless.

If you purchase a monthly Disney+ Basic (With Ads) or Disney+ Premium subscription through Total Wireless, you can cancel your subscription at any time through Total Wireless online or by contacting Total Wireless Customer Service. Upon cancellation of your Disney+ subscription through Total Wireless, your Disney+ subscription through Total Wireless will end at the end of the billing cycle. No refunds or credits for partial months.

Total Wireless reserves the right to cancel or modify this offer at any time.
