Auto Pay

Enroll in Auto-refill to have your service renewed automatically every month.1 See note 1 for details below. We will charge your credit or debit card on your renewal date.

1. If you have multiple lines in your account and you enroll in Auto-Refill, all lines will be enrolled. All renewal dates will be aligned to the same date and you will receive credit for any unused days.

2. Lines that receive a multi-line discount can be enrolled in Auto-refill, but will not receive the Auto-refill discount.

Prices shown reflect the total savings versus buying individual plans for each line. Lines that receive a multi-line discount can be enrolled in Auto-refill, but will not receive the Auto-refill discount.

Lifeline Benefit

Lifeline is a government assistance program designed to make telecommunication services, including voice and broadband internet, more affordable for eligible consumers.

The Federal Lifeline Benefit is $9.25 monthly per household, but we round up that number, bringing you a total discount of $10.

For Lifeline qualified households on Tribal Lands, we round up the $34.25 Federal Lifeline benefit to $35.

Only one Lifeline discount is available per household and you cannot transfer your service to another household. This service is provided by TracFone Wireless Inc.

You may qualify for Lifeline if you or any member of your household receives federal assistance from one of the following programs:

  • Medicaid

  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP or Food Stamps)

  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

  • Federal Public Housing Assistance

  • Veterans Pension or Survivors Benefit Programs

Tribal Specific Programs:

  • Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance

  • Tribal TANF

  • Tribal Head Start (only households that meet the income qualifying standard)

  • Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations.

You may also qualify based on your total household income.

If you currently receive Lifeline through another provider, you can easily transfer your benefit and receive service from us.
